The following items may be paid online through the BSA Online third-party processor site with either a credit/debit card or an electronic funds transfer through your bank checking/savings account. 

• Building Permits
• Utility Bills - (Click here for more information on all utility bill payment options)
• Miscellaneous Receivables

Note: there are third-party processing fees associated with this option.

• All credit/debit card payments are assessed a 2.95% + $0.50 convenience fee.
• All BS&A online payments from your checking account will be assessed a $1.95 convenience fee for any transaction.
• The convenience fees are assessed by and entirely retained by the third-party processor and are non-refundable.  The city does not retain any portion of the convenience fees.
