On March 2, 2026, the City of Baxter was notified of a sanitary sewer back-up in the parking lot of Culver’s located at 15222 Dellwood Drive. Based on discussions with the local business, the back-up may have started on Saturday, February 28th. The sanitary sewage that leaked out onto the parking lot pavement has been cleaned up as of Monday, March 2nd. There are currently no health or safety concerns to the public.
