As you may or may not be aware of, the City Council of the City of Baxter held a public hearing on the evening of May 8, 2017 to allow for public comment on the proposed public improvements known as Improvement No. 4417. Improvement No. 4417 consists of a mill and overlay of properties located on Oak Street from Meredith Drive to Memorywood Drive, Marohn Road from cul-de-sac to Highland Scenic Road, Mountain Ash Drive from Highland Scenic Road to Parkwood Drive, Wedgewood Drive from Mountain Ash Drive to Lakewood Lane, Wedgewood Drive from Lakewood Lane to Parkwood Drive, Lakewood Drive from Wedgewood Drive to Mountain Ash Drive; and a full depth reclamation of properties located on Goedderz Road from 185’ east of Industrial Park Road to Dogwood Drive, Dogwood Drive from College Road to Industrial Park Road.
Based on the public comment and its request for additional information from City Staff and the Project consultant, the Council elected to continue the Work Session on Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Baxter City Hall, 13190 Memorywood Drive. Affected property owners are encouraged to attend.
